Looking after the Flood Response Project funded by Government of Germany through KfW Development Bank Germany, this project is for affected communities of 2022 flooding.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Manager will be based in HOPE Head Office Quetta and is part of HOPE Core Team but will support HOPE field offices M&E Officer wherever required. The MEAL Manager is responsible for leading coordinating and managing HOPR Projects monitoring, evaluation and accountability staff and activities.
The position supports the project staff in their efforts to strengthen the accountability and monitoring of HOPE projects.

Cultivate and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and donors, to support program implementation and sustainability.
Design and execute strategic plans and procedures for program initiatives in accordance with the organization\'s mission and goals. Render a keen eye for detail to develop M&E frameworks for tracking program progress, outcomes, and impact. Deliver training and technical support to staff, partners, and stakeholders on programmatic and M&E-related topics to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Supervised the project and improved the capacity of DDMAs at selected districts by offering the DDMAs with automated weather stations. Facilitated 13 teacher trainings funded by UNHCR through PITE, upgraded resource centers, and piloted libraries in 10 schools to promote a conducive learning environment.
